"Galloway said in a statement issued in November 2016, shortly after the Boyd report was released to him, that on the balance of probabilities the retired judge found he had not committed sexual assault." He is not suing them for calling him a sexual harrasser.

He is still a pig for being a sexual harasser in power. He can sue for defamation all he wants, doesn't make him a decent human being at all.
